These providers support English interface, but don't have a free option:
- Google Apps
- forbids attachments with specific extensions
- Microsoft Office 360, FastMail, ProtonMail, Pobox, rackspace, bigrock, Atmail, Tutanota, Zoho
These providers support only Russian interface, but have a free option:
- Mail.Ru for business
- Unlimited storage
If you don't have a domain name - there are many places where you can get free domain,
but I would like to mention freenom.com where you can get a free second-level domians ending with .tk, .ml, .ga, .cf, .gq.
